It's that time of year...watermelon season!!!

According to our resident Fruit Market Professional {Stephanie}, the way to pick the best watermelon is to knock on it!  You don't want it to sound hollow, but more like a basketball.  This should insure a nice, dense, juicy melon with out it being too grainy!

Another tip to take away from our Professional that may be even more important than how to choose a watermelon:

"People are like melons:
 You can only judge their inside by what you hear!"
