Some Quick Updates at The Cottage...

Well, last week was our official first week of Homeschool!  It feels really good to get back into the routine of things and regain some semblance of order.

Stephanie and I are adjusting to "moving" so early in the morning, but as each day passes, it certainly is easier and easier!

The kitchen remodel is coming along beautifully...but we are currently without a sink, so Mama is doing dishes in the bathtub! {I'll post some updates on Wednesday!}

We entered our 3rd trimester with baby #10 and found at my midwives appointment that he is head down...praying he stays that way!

This week Ken and I will celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary!

And finally...

These two began training for an exciting adventure to take place this November!  They are off to Santiago, Chile for a mission trip with our church.

For Noah, it is his first "out of country" mission trip.  Needless to say, Mama is excited and a bit nervous as well.

For Connor, it is his final mission trip with our church before he embarks on an adventure of a lifetime...The United State Marines!  {Connor is scheduled to "ship out" to boot camp next July!}

So many changes...just like the seasons...

Thanks for stopping by!  Be Refreshed!

    Good to hear from you and that things are Ok and busy as usual. Miss you and love you. Your dad is mowing the lawn and I'm washing sheets. Still following the "Monday's wash day" routine of my grandma's era. We're all fine and involved with care giving of the elderly (my mom and aunt).

    1. Erin...All of my kiddos that are school age are being homeschooled! Connor is a Senior this year doing Running Start at the local Community College - if you haven't heard of it, it's a dual credit program that gives them college credits while completing their highschool degree!
